What are the steps involved
in selling my mortgage note?

1.  First, you will need to submit the particulars of your note in the request a quote section of our website or give us a call and speak with a friendly private mortgage investor at toll free at 1-866-780-2274.  

2.  We will then evaluate the information provided and make an offer.

3.  Upon acceptance of our offer we will send you a contract as well as a checklist of documents we will need to complete and fund your transaction. At which point, you will then need to either fax or overnight us copies of the documents we have requested.

4.  After we review the documents we will order a title update and an appraisal of the property.

5.  Once review of the title and appraisal are completed we will have the closing documents prepared and sent to you for review.
